    any way to put dual transfer cases on my 89 ranger

    Sure, no problem, if you're a good machinist.
    You might wanna use a couple of the more common transfer cases that people double up and then adapt them to your transmission, probably a lot easier.

    By the way, what do you mean by a 5" tall front locker?
