I was wondering if you can swap 4 cyl for a v6 in an 88 4x4 truck.
Or is it too much work? Since i can`t find a tranny for the 4 cyl i thought i might try this route. Anyone done this before? |

It can be done, but you need the tranny, and t/case because they're both different from the 4 cyl. The V6 also used larger diffs but you can still use yours.
Along with this, you need to get the computer and wiring harness to go along with your v6. |
