R200 Front Diff
Question for you nissan guys...
Switching my 88 hardbody 4cyl to v6 axles from 92 pathfinder. (4.63 gear ratio) I've found out that my half shafts are a different bolt pattern than the newer ones. (the flange at the diff.) Mine have 3 clusters of two bolts, and the pathfiinder diff has 5 evenly spaced bolts. Now I figured I'd just get the shafts to go with my new diff... but the ends require 28 spline hubs where mine are 27. So, I've found that up to 89, V6 trucks used 27 spline shafts as well. What is the bolt pattern at the diff end of these shafts? Another question.... Did some of the earlier trucks (86.5-89) come with the 4.63 gears? Thanks for any help. |

My z24 has plenty of power. I even haul a camper with it.
The new gearing will definately be a bonus though. |

gearing is always good buddy! the trucks are probably lighter then the pathfinders as well.
