ENGINE swap

What can be swapped in from a vg30i engine from an 89 pathfinder 2 dr? i would just do the headgasket but if there is an easier like swap in engine i might do that instead for a little more power. before anyone says 350 i say an EASY swap in. are there any z car v-6s or are they all straights?
