Actually, come to think of it, I do have a question. It may be a moot point, but, provided I have two side mirrors, is there any regulation that states it's mandatory to have a rear view mirror as well. Not that I like the idea of not having one, it's just that one of my trucks does not have one, and I've been procrastinating on getting one installed.

Its a truck, its useless if you are carrying a load. Thus you NEED side mirrors.

They're technically SUV's, and I do have side mirrors, just not the rear view.

As I recall, rear view is optional as long as the passenger side is there. Driver's side is manditory. Ever try and buy a Honda Civic from the 80s or 90s? They either had one or the other. Only the "high end" optioned out ones had both.

Do 'high end' and 'Honda' fit in the same sentence?

But yeah, that's my thinking as well.

Not really any combination. It always needs a drivers side mirror.

I agree with you, 2 Of 3 and combinations that depend on the design of the car.
