1(6,2) means six lane divided road

    1(a) means 'two-way traffic'

    2(01) means 'intersection accident'

2a(1,5) means 'posted speed of 50 kph'

    5(2,3) means 'traffic signal green'

    "98" is just a filler

    25(03) means 'making left turn'

3 relates to land usage in the area

...the important ones are usually 31 through 36A. 31 through 33A relate to Vehicle/Driver 1 and 34 through 36A relate to Vehical/Driver 2. These are 'contributing factors' and quite often can be suggestive of reasons for mva's though they're a long ways from being gospel. Remember that this coding is completed by the police (who usually haven't witnessed the mva and are making assumptions on the basis of their interpretation of the physical evidence and the hearsay of those in and around the scene).

31(18) means 'failing to yield right of way' (Driver 1)

32(30) means improper turning (Driver 1)

Have you ever met anyone who would admit to being less than a better than average driver?

But of course the best part of the report is the blacked out area near the bottom where we get to write our comments if we wish to do so, (or write the explanation for 99's).
