What kind of rod/wire did you use to weld the cold forged C-bushing part of the factory arm to the DOM tubing used to extend the length?
I am no engineer but the forces going to be exerted on this area will require some extremely strong welds!

I work at a big welding shop in port kells and I used a 480 volt gas mig welder and the pro welding guy that i work with (20 years experiance) said it would never break. You should see the bead those welders can lay down, its not no buzz box weldsOriginally posted by desteurm
