Re: 87 homebuilt Samurai with a 1.6td, 6.5 case, etc

Ill join the party, New here and this is my first post. I joined a while back but forgot about the forum, Hunting season had me occupied.

My first offroad rig so Im learning as I go, lots to see and lots to do but so much fun. I picked up a 97 geo tracker with a suspension lift and body lift and warn locking hubs still in box not installed and I figured out why after I bought it. Picked it up for cheap so not really worried but it was a list of surprises after I bought it. I put in the calmini 3'' and 2'' body lift, warn locking hubs and added a welded bumper from Altered ego. First problem encountered was the engine. I took it in after 4 month of wheelin it round the bush for a head gasket fix at altered ego in Kelowna. Got a call saying the cylinder head was cracked and JB welded to "fix" by the previous owner who took it apart and realized the problem and put it back together to sell. then the lower end was cracked and JB welded.... in the end there was only one original part left in the 1.6 16v so did it up right and let them go to town on it, brought it up a couple horses and all new performance parts. replaced everything good and now shes a beaut. Just put on some BFG KO2s to replace the Mickey thompson mtz that came with it. Next is the rocker panels, basically gone after i removed all the trip and checked them out a little better but underneath is good to go. Picked up rust inhibitor, primer and rock guard spray, thats tonights job, and I've ordered welded steel tube rock sliders to replace whats gone. next stop is lawn edging I mean fender flares and this I'm doing on the cheap because I've already put a lot into lil suzy. Anyways, I live up in Sun Peaks and theres lots of adventuring to do, still building up my little rig but I doubt ill ever get rid of it. Here is the only photo i have but will post another once im done the next two additions.

Hello there, the members of the Suzuki community! I always placed trust in Japanese car manufacturers due to the reliability of the end-product they produce. So, I plan to make my purchase in terms of getting my first vehicle. I have been recommended a lot to purchase this maruti suzuki car. I would really appreciate if any of you can share your valuable piece of advice with me on this matter. Thank you in advance, fellas!

    Re: Pics of your truck

I have a Toyota Tacoma pickup. This is a very convenient car for me. I often travel off the road, so pickup is a very good choice. I also often transport a lot of boxes (plant seedlings), so I need a big car's bed. I'm constantly looking for ways to make my pickup better and more convenient. I noticed that it was difficult for me to ship heavy things to my pickup, because my car is pretty tall. I now want to choose a ladder for the trunk door. I watched reviews of several ladders here truckpowerup.com/tailgate-ladder-for-pickup-trucks . It seems to me that it will make loading things more convenient. Who has a Toyota Tacoma, how did you solve this problem for you?
