We just built two sets for a couple of Pathfinders here. Both are different styles. I'll take some pics on the next run and send them.

Ryan, I built a set of rocksliders and have them on my Pathy.
I used 3/16" 2"x3" box tubing for the slider rails, and 3/16" 2"x2" box tubing for the struts (that attach the sliders to the framerails). The best idea is to weld the struts to a 4"x4" piece of plate steel and put a triangular gusset at the top before you weld the sliders to the framerails, because it's hard getting your mig gun up where the top of the strut should be welded to the top of the framerail, so having the large piece of plate steel means you can weld all 4 sides of the strut to the plate while it is on the bench, then you can weld 3 sides of the plate steel to the framerail and that will give you plenty of weld bead to make it strong. You can't get your mig tip into the tight space to weld gussets into place after welding the struts to the framerail so putting gussets on while it's on the bench is the best bet.
    Sorry, no photos.
