Shop has been super busy lately so we have not had allot of time to post up build threads, but it was time to clear off te camera so I'll through one up of a Tracker that we have been working on.
Customer has owned this Tracker since new in 2004 and felt it was time to do a few things that he has always wanted to do to it. He spends allot of time out doors and wanted to venture further out in remote areas then he was able to stock, but being the year of the rig there was not allot out there aftermarket wise to get the rig where he wanted it to be so we built pretty much everything from scratch and made a real sweet rig out of it..
Customer wanted, extra lighting, heavy duty plate style bumpers,34-35 tire, gears, lockers, onboard air, exta cargo space so heavy duty rack, 5" of lift, winch, sliders, and beef up all the axles and internals.
This will be a bit of a exploration style rig so this will be the start of the build to get it to where he wants it..
A little bit of a build list to start it off

here is a few pics enjoy..
super clean unmolested rig time to start cutting it apart..
So you can see from these few pictures how little ground clearance and how huge the bumpers are which would affect you with your approch and depature angle so we will take care of that building the bumpers..
massive muffler will need to go making room for the new link suspension that we will build..
The start of taking it apart will start out on this end of the shop and go to the fab end shortly..
clean up of a stock toy frot housing along with a wide track rear.
Moved it tothe other end of the shop to where it will be worked onfor the next while. few things with these rigs they have a fairly wide set of frame rails, deep in thickness which we will need to slim up and the steering rack style which we will nee to swp to a toyota steering box.
