syncros, main shaft, counter shaft, 3rd gear, some bearings. it shifts ok now. not the best. it never did. I think its partly the clutch not releasing all the way.
i rebuilt is myself. all I needed was basic tools and a 20 ton press. so its not to hard. but maybe thats why it isn't shifting so great. haha.
baught it all off e bay. would have been easier and maybe cheaper to just get a used tranny.
