I just ordered a set of 4:88 gears and and install kit from them and couldent be more pleased with the service. They shipped them the same day I ordered them and they arrived at ship happens in Sumas the next day. Everything came well packed was exactly what I ordered. I ordered a couple lockers, rings & pinions and setup kits, as well as some cromo shafts a few years ago. This is odd 100mile. I cannot find anywhere in our system where you have even purchased from us before. Did you ever actually call in and talk to a rep? If not I suggest you give that a go. And I'm sorry to say that despite the brand you buy/sell it has nothing to do with anything because I know for a fact many customers have gotten the wrong stuff from Yukon/Superior. Definitely not bashing here just saying...everyone is human and inevitably someone will make a mistake somewhere.

I bought my Nitro 4.56 gears from these guys (Carl) back in April 2009 and never had any issues. They're still working fine today. Great service!
