Just curious if there are any other Xterra owners outthere that like to wheel :0)
I've been out a couple of times with some of the SBCX (southern british columbia xterra club) members and find it cool to be out with others that have the same vehicle and check out the rides/mods etc. (and of course im not descriminating against any other 4x4...just something a little unique ......that is all.
My buddy jeff has an xterra that he wheels. We've done the hard lime to Hale creek and Fossel beach and he made it up to V Rock/sunrise lake. I think his name is 05xterra on here but with his growing family and swollen vajaja he doesn't get on to bc4x4 too much
Hey everyone... you now have another Xterra in the midst. Bone stock 01 but I do wanna hit some light trails at some point this summer. I just moved out to the lower mainland and it would be cool to hit the trails with some people who know them.
I'm out here too Juilionix. Still trying to come out to the Hale Creek run. Unfortunately not this time 'cause I'm taking a HAM course. Perfect timing.
I do, I picked up an 01 a few months ago. love it way more than the three wd21 pathfinders I had. just have it on 31's and use it for camping. its great.
Hey Julionix, did you all the work on your X yourself or is there a shop in town that specializes in xterras? I'm thinking of picking up a 2nd gen offroad/pro4x soon.
Woa woa woa, a Pro4X???
Now you're talking.
I've spent a large amount of time and money building my X.
I did want an Offroad trim but didn't want to wait so I settled for the S trim.
With the Off-road/Pro4X you get better gearing, Hill Descent and a rear locker....plus other not so important but nice to have upgrades. You won't regret it!!
The bumpers a fabricator in surrey built for me and the rest I've installed myself, otherwise it would have been super expensive for labour.

Yeah, that's why I wanna try to get a Pro4x. With slightly larger tires I think it'll do most of the things I'll ask for it. I dont have the money or the knowhow to do the mods myself.
I don't have a 4x4 right now, I got rid of my first gen X. I'll probably start looking for a newer 2nd gen over the summer/fall. Thanks!
5 years of offroading with the Xterra now, and an extra 150,000km. What a beast
