The FJ's bow wave pic looks impressive, was a bit scarry when it actually crested over the hood.
Chateau Gavman was at Wells

That pic of the fj shows what happened to my Ranger ....no snorkel and thank God for a spare air filter!
Luc, Andy (Redarmy) if you guys could add pictures to the Photoshop Group album I would like to see if it will work smoothly . I have it set so I have to approve pictures just so some random turd on the net can not transfer inappropriate pictures to the album, I am sure no one wants their kids to see some things.
I am living the trip through pictures looks like it was a great trip
disapointed I couldnt go
I have a Problem Help Me
I am addicted I cant help myself but to modify things
thanks Luc, love these pics!
no snorkel, I guess where/how the intake is located helps water crossing...

Looks like a blast, a friend an I were breaking in a newb, he did really well. Anyways, we saw a group of you guys heading up to Nahatlach as we were heading down. I was the white '87 Suburban, my buddy was in the red and black '90 Jimmy, and the newb was in the 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara. The leader of your group stopped and talked to Nathan (the jimmy) for a while, it was a white suburban240 Jordy perhaps?
I saw Tmax and recognized a few of the other trucks from pictures. I hope to make it out next time, to see how the old sub does.

Hey Brandon!
Nice Burb,, It will do well next year if you do join us.
I remember seeing you guys coming down the Nahatlach, I was in the lead in the '95 Silver Burb and was a far ways ahead of the rest of the group as we were stopping to grab a new Geocache. I don't remember stopping to chat with anyone, but it was a long 5 days of wheeling with late nights and early mornings so the memory's not too good right now. . . LOL!
We bailed early from Harrison (5:00am) as we were suffocating sleeping in the Burb but couldn't open any windows as the Sketers were literly coating the outside of the truck. (I'm going to make some window screens for the 2 back windows for our next camping trip).
So, my apologies to the rest of the group for not saying our good-bye, and for welching on our plan to head up to Clear Creek today. I had to get home for a good shower and bug free sleep, Just got up an hour ago.
btw, Rob (Bushpiggy) I woke up to Coffee, Grapefruit, and Sausages in bed, and she had already started unloading the truck! I'm so lucky I hope you do as well as I did!!! . . . . . Cheers Dude! let's get together again soon.
Also, btw there is a new Geocache at Cabin Lake that just got published!!! So I guess we will be going back again soon! Who's up to the trip again? . . . LOL!
Sassman, I'll call ya tomorrow to set-up a time to meet, hold my lantern for security.
Well, off to start working on the full trip report, and getting the "Official" 2009 videos started.
Cheers Dudes!!! going to be missing you all!
