Heh, i want the engine

& any other drive train parts you don't want.
If you use the original frame, box in the frame by the spring shackles as the frame is weak there. Also move the brake master cyl from under the body or you'll be rebuilding it a couple times a year. I sealed & ran a vent tub on mine to help keep water out.
Can't really make out he pics very well but to ID the body,
Philipino bodies are not historically correct.
M38's are Mil spec CJ3A's & had indents on the pass side below the door opening for shovel & axe .
They didn't have a glove box on the pass side dash as the batteries are in the cowl in front of the 1 piece tall windshield that has the air vent blocked so it can't open.
M38's didn't have tailgates as the spare tire & gas can were mounted on the back of the tub. They also have protruding head lights.
CJ3A, same body as CJ2A but with 1 piece tall windshield that had a air vent in the middle, & they moved the front seats back to give more leg room. They also have a tailgate, but no tool brackets.
CJ2A had tool brackets on the drivers side above rear wheel well opening, tool box under pass seat, no dash glove box. Short 2 piece swing out windshield (same as MB/GPW) & a tail gate.
MB/GPW had tool indents on the drivers side below door opening & a pass side glove box on dash as well as tool boxes sunk into the rear fenders at the rear, no tailgate.
They also had full floating 1 piece rear axles.
Also all CJ'2s had oval drain cut outs on the sides of the body above the step plates.
Your body is a mix/mash as it has a MB/GPW dash glove box, CJ2A/3A tailgate, &
M38 tool indents on pass side.
