    Operating Temperature 22re

Heres the breakdown. Whitesmoke in the morning. Sent truck into shop to do a coolant pressure test to see if there is a leak. They tell me no leak can be found. And it doesnt look like there is moisture in the engine. (I guess they pulled the valve cover) My coolant gets low in resivor every week. My trucks temp gauge sits right in the middle of the guage.(This never goes up or down once the truck gets to operating temp) I also have a aftermarket temp gauge that I installed on the lower block where the drain plug is. My operating temp is around 190* then sometimes goes to 200* when on highway at around 3000RPM. Once off the highway if I am at idle the temp will be lower around 180-185*. Is this normal? I figure the truck would be at a higher temp at idle. I have read on some site that maybe my TPS is shot and is effing around with the cpu and making the truck run hotter. Anyone know anything about this? Any help would be awesome.
    Thanks.

Oh yeah I have a 180* thermostat in right now.

that doesnt sound to out of wack, if it went over 250-300 I would start to worry,
sounds like a pin hole leak in the head gasket, my 86 yota did that it was leaking into the exhaust not the oil, Take your truck for a good burn on the highway and then stop suddenly and shut off motor and open the hood and listen to the exhaust manifold, you could hear water boiling and hissing inside mine,
