i hate acrynyms...i mean they are so vague at times....

imho, they are pia, but i hth..:D

so whats the point of "to the top"? whats that supposed to mean? and what does bump mean?

btt (back to top) and ttt (to the top) both register as current activity on that post, meaning the post is moved to the top of the list of all of the most recent posts. By being at the top, it is the first one you see and is more likely to receive additional responses from others. Especially effective if you are trying to sell something or get advice and you haven't received any reply to your post in a few days.

im guessing "up" means the same thing as "ttt" right?
