2wd to 4wd

im very new to nissans, does the 4x4 junk bolt on to the 2wd frame or is swapping the body easier?

The frames are different, for instance compare the leaf spring perch between the two. The 4wd perch is level with the bottom of the frame whereas the 2wd hangs down.
You're better off starting with the frame you want to use.
