Just wondering if anyone is going anywhere this weekend? I was thinking of maybe going to Eagle Ridge 'cause I haven't been there since July or maybe Hut Lakes since I've never been there before.
Please post here or email me at 1badfordtruck@home.com

Thanks,

Leo

If you want some fun in the mub head to Stave on Sunday.

Hut lake is a fun trail, nut you probably won't make it to the second lake unless you have a lift and lockers, but even the first lake is a great destination.

I usually try to steer clear of mud as much as possible. Too much work afterwards cleaning up. LOL

Hut Lakes trail is something I've always wanted to try. I just haven't gotten around to going yet.

im savin to build a new motor for my truck, by my figuring everytime I dont do a trip like the sunrice maintenance run im saving $30 in fuel which is the cost of 1 piston. I need 4 pistons(just a lowly 4cyl here) and get the block bored out, so only another 6 or so trips I have to say no to and I will be able to afford to have the block bored out and get new pistons. then to find a better cam and such. http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/smilies/cwm15.gif

hey leo if you want to go to stave there are some "decent" trails there, so you don't have to go in the mud. i too don't like spending 2 hours cleaning my car.so if you want to go there let me know i could do some "light"
wheeling.
cheers

Sounds good, I've never been to the Stave area before. Let me know when you want to go. My schedules pretty much open for the entire weekend. As long as it's nothing insanely early. LOL

Gerry, I just got an email from Ian (Red YJ) regarding Stave. I'll be around there probably around 11am on Sunday. Will call him tomorrow and see if he wants to meet a little earlier.

Looks like the Stave Lake area will be the destination on Sunday. So far Gerry (yellow Hummer), Ian (red YJ), and myself will be going. Anyone else?

Probably meeting between 10 and 11am. Not sure where though. Will post meeting time and place later.

Gerry,

I just got off the phone with Ian and he says we can meet you somewhere in the Mission area between 10 and 11am tomorrow.

Pick a meeting time and place and we'll see you there.

I'm not sure if we're going to East or West Stave just yet. Gerry is quite familiar with that area so I'm going to let him lead.

How do you get to Stave, me and some of my buddies are thinking of coming, 2 jeep XJ's and a dirty old ford bronco. Are the trails really difficult, i'll do a search, but if any one can give me some info it would be great.
Thanks

To Gerry and anyone else going to Stave tomorrow, I think we should all meet in front of the London Drugs at the new shopping complex called The Junction in Mission between 10:30 and 10:45am. It is located at the north end of the Mission Bridge. The address is 32555 London Avenue. Look for a green Ranger and a red YJ. We will be on CH 4.

See you all in the morning.
