84 nissan 720 lift ideas

My dad has this truck and I have read up on the upper ball joint flip conversion for the front....anyone try this? This a good or bad idea? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Dwain

i bought a set of super lift upper control arms and power bars for the front of my truck it lifted it
but with wide tires on it and grooves on the road it was very hard to control

This is the best I have found and as soon as I have the $$$$$$$ it will be in my truck!

BTW I do believe the ball joints are already on the botom of the upper A arm.
