will bfg mt's 31x10.5x15 fit on my stock Toyota (IFS) 15x6 rims?

Yes. 10.5 is as wide as you can go though. 33x9.5 or 33.10.5 tires will work too if you have the space http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/smilies/cwm1.gif

Should fit fine. My 93 came stock w/ 31/10.5R15s on the 15x6 steels.

I have 12.5's on 7 inch wide rims so I don't see why you couldn't put 11.5 on them even. Obviously a wider rim is recommended. If you wheel it with the tires aired down you're going to notice debris in your bead causing slow leaks more than you'd like though. http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
