I have some for the front but I need to clear 35s (and eventually 36s http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/biggrin.gif ) with them. Was thinking of doing a 2" dropped spring hanger (which would lift it 1" correct?) and make up for the rest of it with shackle ( http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/smilies/cwm19.gif ) I'd like to get around 6" of lift but I'm starting to think that unless I want to do huge shackles (and why shouldn't I) it's not going to happen. I'm planning on cutting the fenders any ways.

I have done the 2" drop hanger, as well as large shackles. The spring packs I have in the front are actually rear CJ5's. I am about 5.5" higher than stock.

I run 33's, and don't think I would want bigger...these almost hit fender wells at full stuff as it is... http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/smilies/cwm4.gif
Driveline (pinion <'s) are gonna be tough too...ask me how I know.

From what I understand a one inch drop hanger and a one inch longer shackle provides one inch of lift? I think it only nets 1/2 inch if you only do one end. Check DRM's site for a picture of a nice 3.5 inch drop hanger. If its not there now email me I think I have it save somewhere.

To clear the tires in the front why don't you move the axle forward?

are we talking about front waggy's or rear waggy's. From what I have read there is a big difference. Something about one being spring over and the other being spring under. Anyone know anything about this?

The axle is going to be moved forward a bit I heard it needs to anyways for the oil pan to clear a hy-steer setup. RedApe - how long are your shackles in the front? Thanks for the tips http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
