Parting out 2003 BLAZER

I am parting out an 03 Blazer, truck has 130 k. Is only missing alternator, o2 sensor and passenger side mirror.Runs great $1500 obo.for entire truck. NO REGISTRATION and has a huge lien that is worth more than the truck.

would it be streetable if it had a new motor and tranny or is it a write off
what would u want for the the whole thing

the blazer is streetable right now and for the right price i would let it go but it has no registration and a lien that is worth more than the truck. I picked it for the motor and tranny as it has more power and gets better gas milage than my 1994 sonoma but if you are interested in the whole thing I could let it go for $1500. The truck only has 130k and it needs an alternator and an o2 sensor.
