14' car trailer $1600

I have a 14' tandem axle car trailer that is perfect for a small truck, buggy, atvs ect. I just finished putting new lights on it, it does not have brakes. it takes a 2 5/16 ball. the deck is done in aluminium checkerplate, same with the fenders. its a nice looking, lightweight trailer. It has no brakes at all, or are they just not working?

the axles have brakes but I dont have them hooked up or wired. and the pads are completely worn down, it would need a complete brake job.
