Haha, thanks for the offer, nice to know there are still some people around who will take one for the team. And to add something else to my wanted add, I will also consider any other stainless steel vessel of a similar size as a beer keg. Working on a camping hot tub for summer.

Yea it will be. But there will also be a coil in the fire wiht a pump to get it heated up. The keg stove will just be to keep it hot during using the tub so we dont have to listen to the genarator and the pump going while were trying to engoy a few cold ones.

I thought about doing an emersion stove years ago but never got around to it ! Have you tried this before and found not enough heat output?I had a 4x8 x 22inch deep folding down hot tub at one time that we wore out :) I was thinking of doing it again but this time building a steel emersion stove to fit it at one end , probably 42 inches long by 14 inches wide by 18 inches deep , keeping the top of it under water level , and only the stove pipe and loading door comming out of the water !I was hoping that this way there wouldnt be any need for a pump other then filling the tub (we will have running water at one of the spots we will use this ) With the dimensions Im talking about we would only loose room for 1 person in the tub with a stove setup like this!
