Front and rear set. (Sorry hydro steer single ended ram only sorry if i mislead you by saying hydro steer)
Trying to remember all the details.....
Both axles are practically brand spanking new. No leaks, no rust, no wear (even on the brakes). They probably only have 300 kms on them. I painted over the original paint industrial primer grey (2 coats) and industrial flat black (2 coats) so you do not have to do any painting. The paint job is top notch. The axles still have the original brackets. The selectable lockers are still there and
The pinion conversions have been done. What is good about the pinion conversions is that they were done by a milling machine and lathe so the accuracy is something crazy like 0.001. None of that cutting with a grinder, and drilling with a hand drill crap. The bores have been machined to the perfect dimension to accomodate the seal required. The pinion conversions sport 1/2" thick plate to accomodate 1410 yokes. I have one 1410 yoke (costs $50) that comes with the axles.
Both axles have the stock drum brakes and I have a full spare set of brakes (including drums) for 1 axle (they are easy to find as lots swap to disc and these are left over).
The rear axle is not a steering axle. The front axle comes with a hydraulic steering single ended ram with huge 1" bore 1.25" shank heims that mounts directly onto the steering arm. The original tierod is used. This could be changed around a bit and used as ram-assist on this axle. The bracket for the ram has not been welded on but this is all it needs to complete the steering of the axle.
Comes with these axles are a set of 5 military style humvee 2 piece wheels. The magnesium runflats come with them (all 5 wheels) but have been cut down so that the runflats do not serve its purpose (they can pinch your tires when you air down so they are useless) but the beadlock is still there (which is all you want for four wheeling). I have all new rubber seals for these wheels and all fasteners are there. The wheels have been re-centered by welding 1/2" plate onto them. The 1/2 inch plate has been made on a lathe and are hub centric (very accurate) and the wheel lug holes have been made on a milling machine and are bevelled to match the lug nuts (very nice!!!!!!!). The machine shop alingned and welded the new centers to the hummer wheels so it is EXTREMELY ACCURATE and will run extremely true. Although I think the welds from the centers to the wheel need a second pass. The centers do not have any holes or fancy shapes to make them look nice so they are strong. The centers have been welded every 4 inches in 5 places. So this means if one weld cracks the other 4 will hold it which i think is the way to go. This should only take about 2 hours of welding to do all 5 wheels. The wheels still need to be painted which is good as you can paint them to whatever color you want. I would suggest welding some rock rings onto the lips (i can explain this). All 5 wheels fit nice and snug on the mog axles.
2 ISSUES
1) One wheel lug needs to be installed. I have this.
2) Rear ebrake cables have been cut. I have new ebrake cables. Those need to be installed so that you can have an e-brake.
I will bring them home with me and have them available for viewing between Oct 1 and Oct 5. I can help deliver them to you.
Checked pirate 4x4 and noticed that these axles go for approximately 2500 each. So with the beadlocks and ram and everything im now asking for $3500 thank you.
No I do not have pics. I should be able to get some around Oct 1 if people show interest. I think the details above are self explanatory enough.
I will treat this as a first come first serve basis if your schedule can accomodate mine as I would only have 5 days to sell them.
Thank you!
