I bet if he wanted to spend all day puting in a new carrier, he would have paid the extra $150 bucks for a bomb proof locker... Not that the no-slip isn't the best way to go if you don't want to reset your gears.

Well, he's going to have to change his carrier regardless since you can't buy a locker for a posi carrier as far as I know...which means he'll have to set up his gears if he wants to have a locker.
