hey ive been looking into buying a dolly .. guess my only question is when you dolly -does the towed truck have to be fully insured?

sorry been on holidays.
no the vehicle does not need to be insured. I used it to tow fixer upper 4runner's.
Selling because i need a flatdeck to tow atv's , so i'm looking for a car trailer /atv trailer.
