flat deck quad or snowmobile trailer

i have this flatdeck trailer for sale.
-it's in good condition with a little surface rust underneath but nothing structural
-the bearings, wheels and tires are all good
-it has a rack underneath that is supposed to hold a ramp but i don't have the ramp for it
-the deck is ok... no rot
-the front shields are easily removeable
-it can easily be converted to a tilting trailer with some wiring modifications
-the springs on this trailer are very stiff... i've had 3000lbs of dog food on this thing and it didn't flinch.
