I've been seeing these around lately, they look really aggressive for an AT and apparently excel in snow, ice, dirt and are pretty good in mud too. They're cheap as well, at least on www.tirerack.com.

Has anyone tried these, what are they like? Also, who sells General tires?

Just for comparison's sake, here is the BFG T/A KO.

Ran then on my old tacoma in the winter...285/75's in 16. They were okay in the snow...not as good as a dedicated snow tire of course. I never ran then i the summer as I switched to mudders in the summer. I have run bfg at's in the past and thought that the generals were just as good.

Hey Matt16 have you found a local dealer of these tires? If so who is it and how was their pricing?

Thanks!

Not sure where you're located...but AbbSry Tires in Abbotsford and Chilliwack sells them.
Price, I think somewhere around 215 for a 33"

Hard to beat their prices unless you cross the border.

I used to sell tons of those when i worked at the local ford dealer.tons of positive feedback....and yes,the price is definatly right.they have a really decent sidewall...i would take a set over the bfg at ko`s
