Well, I'd like to recenter my Hummer rims. I've found a few companies selling the centers with the bolt pattern I want. Some are flat plate, some are pressed into a cone shape. I understand that the cone shaped ones are stronger, as the flat plate ones tend to bend.

The 2 companies I've seen are statzworks and usa6x6. The ones from usa6x6 are about half the price for the same thing. I've also heard of horror stories about them. Tried calling...phone number isn't in service.

So...does anyone know of other companies, maybe even local, that sells the pressed centers? Need Toyota 6 bolt pattern.

Staz works has a really good rep. Copperhead fab is still relatively new but they seem to be turning out nice stuff as well.

Ya, from what I've seen, a lot of guys like the Statzworks, but I can't see why they are charging double what usa6x6 was charging for the exact same thing.

I've seen the Copperhead fab, but they only seem to have the flat plate centers. I hear they bend fairly easily.

Was pointed to Great Lake Offroad. They have decent prices, and have already responded to my e-mail from last night.
usa6x6 went belly up
This is weird. I got a response from an e-mail I sent, wanting to know what bolt pattern I wanted.

Pressed centers are proving to be stronger then flat centers. Flat centers are just cut out of plate where as the pressed centers require expensive press tooling to form them - hence they are more expensive.

I've bought my 14FF pinion guard from Great Lake Off-Road. Good service, product and pricing. When the time comes, I will get my 14FF disc brackets from them.

Perhaps the reason USA6x6 has gone bankrupt is because they were charging half of what Statzworks is charing

And their really bad customer service. I know guys that have ordered stuff, waited for months, found stuff elsewhere, installed the stuff and then they phone and say it's at the border, and it get sent back because it was ordered like 10 yrs ago.

Its almost funny, almost everyone gets stuck in that same position. Start a business charging reasonable prices, then get way too busy that your customer service goes to crap.

Hmmmm, that must be why so many places these days just say screw it from the get go and start off with crappy cust. service. They know it'll end up that way eventually so why waste energy on the inevitable? :D

There's this place on kingsway across the street from me, always has teh blinds closed and open strange hours with expensive model cars out back. I'm really not quite sure what "Accupressure" refers to but I'm quite positive Ive seen a Hummer or 2 parked out back with shiny chrome rims. If I seen anyone come out Ill ask if its a reputable hummer centre for yah.

Sorry, but that's just too funny. He's not looking for a "Hummer Center", he's looking for someone that makes replacements for the center of a Hummer rim (usually to change offset and bolt pattern).

Ah ha ha ha ha. I just found this again. Just makes me laugh. :D

Well, I'm here, I might as well update...
I ended up buying from Great lake offroad. The centers were shipped quickly, and look good enough. Too bad they shipped me Chevy 6 bolt, instead of Toyota 6 bolt. The pattern is the same, but the center hole for the locking hub is waaay too small. Sent emails to them to figure out what we'd do, but I never did get a response from them. I ended up grinding out the center hole myself. Took me 2 hours straight of grinding. Damn, I wish I had a plasma....
