...and at the Outdoor Recreation Council of British Columbia AGM this last Saturday, Vince accepted a 2 year appointment to the ORC BOD. The board now consists of 6 representatives from the membership (3 from motorized recreation groups, 3 from non-motorized interest groups) and 2 advisors.
I think this is an excellent step forward, and has certainly opened up discussion paths with other groups within BC who have similar interests as us -- and is finally a move in the direction that the 4WDABC membership has been asking the association to take for years.....that being to partner with other motorized recreation groups to present a united position on issues that face us all.
