Ask yourself,
"Self, do I even have AVG software that I use"?

when you run your mouse cursor over the update link, does it show a legit address?
"the complete package" makes it sound like BS.
while we're on the topic, anyone know how to manually update adaware 2007? i have the definition file and it says just to move it to the adaware directory but it isn't working.

That would be similiar to the email I got from the American Express Securities department
Its very difficult to enter my card number and pin number, when I don't have an American Express card

Not to mention the fact that AVG is about the more horrendous anti virus software out there... so even if you do have it, do yourself a favor and uninstall it. :finger_1:
