Ok In batchealour hieghts, just above my house there is a terason pipe line, everything above the line has been cleared. I followed it for about 4 km on monday and it was a seriously sweet trail... So my question, is there any legality issues with driving along the pipline. I want to organize a 4x4 run sometime mid-late summer and I want to follow that line all the way down to the jameson creek area or shorter distance. I'm not exactly a devote tread lightly guy but I'de love to do my part, so if it's illegal I dont really want to take abunch of vehicles out there... It's is not in the grasslands so i know it isn't a protected area...
So what do you think? If you google earth it, it follows the service road from widow maker down westdye and the service road branches down to a road branching from westsyde road, near the high school. At that point the trails turns into the hills and follows the hillside down westdye road, it stays according to my ruler in google earth 1.5km from westsyde road.
Google earth shows that the trail ends on a service road 6km BEFORE jameson creek road, I'm also seeing a service trail that follows the pipe line pretty close the hole length
