Hey folks,

I'm looking to put a radio in my truck. It'd be used to monitor logging roads, traffic, police/fire/ambulance etc. as well as communicate between me and my buddies. What kind of radio should I be looking for? Or would I have to go and get more than one? CB, VHF, HAM, scanner? What do I and do I not need a licence for? thanks.
