Is there anyone that has done the 1300 twin cam swap into a Samurai? I need some info to finish my swap.

I am running the Swift Gt and Sammy harness independent from each other.
Do I use the Swift or the Sammy harness for the alternator and starter?
Can I use the alternator bracket off my Sammy or do I have to use the Swift bracket?
When I used the Sammy bracket the pulleys don't line up.

Hi There Izuk2, by any chance is your name Rob? From Kelowna??

As far as i know, when you swap in the Swift twincam, you gotta use all the swift stuff, no question about it. I used the harness and everything.

I have the twin cam and it rocks!
The 4 link coil setup is just about done and its goin to rock also!

Ray,
The starter is from a sami, everything else that came with the twin cam stays with the twin cam. Alternator, coil, distributor everything. You are making this swap to hard. There are four wires, a fuel pump, an exhaust and motor mounts that is it!
