Do they share a common bolt circle with anything?

yep Samurais's http://www.bc4x4.com/ubb/smilies/cwm4.gif
That is a 5 on 5.5" pattern same as old CJ's, older ford trucks, scouts etc.

all 1/2 ton, ford truck wheels should have the same bolt pattern as the tracker/sidekick/samurai wheels.

As far as I know you shouldn't have to worry about the offset, as long as you don't run tires that are too big (on a sidekick at least) I think you can goe as big as 235/75/R15 but I'm not sure, I'd have to ask a friend of mine.

Do you mean on a stock wheel? I was planning on running a 31" tire if at all possible. I know it won't fit at stock hight but that shouldn't be a problem or I just might do some cutting. Not sure yet though.
