where should i take my PAL course???

i need to get my gun lisence and was wonder where the best place in the lower mainlaind to take the course would be..i live in vancouver

Took my CORE at Italian Sporting Goods, good guys, made it interesting.
Took the PAL years ago at Renfrew Community Centre, I think the instructors, the Baders, are now Silvercore ?? Really good people, good course. Check with the Vancouver Parks Board, I believe they sponsored it.

I took my PAL and RPAL through Sandy at Smartlock in Richmond. Excellent instructor - I'd recommend him to anyone looking to take the course.

I think his next PAL course runs on the 14 and 16 of june but i'm not sure on that.

another vote for Silvercore.ca I took my CORE hunting course through them last year, and when I upgrade my PAL to restricted, I'm planning on taking it through them...

I should also throw in Hart Penner's name I guess. I did my PAL (restricted/non-restricted) and CORE through him. He charges $160 I believe for 1st course and $110 for the other (doesn't matter which you do first). His phone number is 604-309-4441 and he does the courses throughout the Fraser Valley, but I believe he's based in Abby. He also has lots of guns for hands on (I think they all do for the gun safety test, no?). LR

i also took the course with hart, i will back up that he is a good guy. get your PAL before the government steps in and kills everyones right to bare arms.

I took my PAL at the Langley Gun Club. Was very hands on with de-activated guns as well. I dont know if there any guns clubs left in the vancouver area now are there?..
