how much hieght will i get going from 31's to 35's

The reason im asking is my underground parking is max 6'4" right now ive got about 4 " clearence so i want to make sure that i can still park it as i wouldnt be able to sleep at night if i had to leave it on the street !

An increase of 4 inches in tire diameter would give you two inches of lift, wouldn't it? Two inches extra above the axle, two inches below...

two inches sounds right to me, you could always air the tires down to get more clearance (good motivation to get onboard air):D
