warn 8274 parts

i bought a truck recently with an old 8274 winch on the front. the clutch/brake on the side of it is screwed.

it's warn part #7634 and the best price i've found so far is $300. is this as good as it's going to get?

anyone have one sitting on a shelf somewhere that they don't need?
