inches to metric tire calculator

Anyone know if there is a calculator for finding out what a 31x10.50x15 is in metric?
Im trying to get tire chains and it would be kind of useful to know.

31 - 15 = 16
16/2 = 8
10.5/8 = 0.762.....
10.5/2.54 = 26.67
