old winch alive and well

this is the only way i could think to mount it its solid pulled some logs out of the bush for warmth its slow 60 to 1 on the winch and the charlyn moter is very strong but slow I need a faster moter not so much grunt

no its kinda of a weekend stomper Im cutting fire wood to butter my toast using it as a skider

the room is there you can trim some grill or a bit of fender if you off set it a bit,realy easy if you have a body lift and can sink the drum into the frame rails a bit . I destroyed the worm gear pulling a way to big of a tree found another worm gear thats suppose to be stronger (better alloy?) looks the same to me?
