China Ningbo Yinzhou Dongfeng Power Tool Factory is located on Mingzhou Industrial City. The leading products of the factory are champion winches, mile marker winches, electric winches, hand winches and other car accessories. Fortunately, Our products, champion winches, mile marker winches have good sales in America, Europe, Oceania and Middle East area. We win the deep love, esteem and favourable comments from clients.

My favourite part is the "deep love and Esteem" bit.

Oceania? That's one I never learned in school. I'm assuming that's Australia and New Zealand, or is it some coastal part of Europe?

I'm running one and have had no problems at all. Sure they have a slower line speed then a warn, but in the end, a winch is a winch. Better to have a slow one than none at all!

And from now on, they are known as the Ningbo Yingzhou Dongfeng Winch. There will be a spelling test at the end of the week. :redneck

shoot id run a Ningbo Yingzhou Dongfeng winch if i could fit it in my bumper :violin messing around with the solenoid box so it can mount laydown style would probably be more trouble than its worth...

Either make a bracket for it to sit above the winch, or mount it under the hood. I did the latter; you can see the box right below the right side hood hinge:

$460 taxes in at Costco. Much better than the 8000 they came out with, the parts are way better. Slow, but does the job. Used it 3 times this weekend, worked great even pulling out trucks (My truck weighs hardly anything).

Came with everything you need and a pretty nice snatch block.

would a winch of this capacity work for a 77 blazer, I see mtn jay, is runnin it on a Zuk with no worries, or should I save my pennies for something rated higher than 9500?? I'm not a crazy off roader, not into mud bogging whatso ever, just running BC trails, and perhaps getting into some mild rock crawling, I'm already able to crawl over some interesting stuff, and really wanna get some recovery gear before I find out my trucks real potential....

Langley Costco, they had like 10 of them I believe. Abby had none.

Blue78 - I would look for a 10.5k or 12k winch. Better to be safe than sorry.

lilx - You can see that it fits between my frame rails from the head on picture, so im sure it would fit between yours. The solenoid packs are mounted on the top of the winch, never looked to see if they are removable.

Someone mentioned, maybe in a different thread, that Princess auto carries a 12K Superwinch reasonably priced. Maybe dig up the Superwinch thread and read about that too.

I have used the 8,000 lb one to yank out my 93 f-350 4 door longbox. It pulled it out of a ditch, don't imagine it would pull it out of mud. It should work on your zuk or jeep.

All you guys are members???

I thought you had be a member to shop there, like $50 bucks a year. Mind you I've never been in one, so I don't know:redneck

And I guess adding $50.00 to the price of the winch is still a good deal, but...

You aren't a member? What is wrong with you? Everybody is a member! :)
It's $47/year for the business plan.

Hey,

Bought one of these today on the off chance that I could get it to fit my ARB. No luck, but FYI, the only ones left are at the Surrey location and there's about 11 left (9500lb).

yeah..i was hopin there'd be some way to hack it up n make it fit my arb..but it seems too much trouble than its worth...looks like ill have to dish out for an M8000 since my bumper has that pretty lil W cutout for the solenoid box already...

i have a 77 jimmy as well, but i wheel trails not mud

im gunna chance it and pick one up, if it saves me two or three times, then it paid for itself i figure

plus if i burn it out, you think they will return it for cash? or do i have to get another one

i know kraqa has one and he has had no problems, he is 3800lbs

Hey Doubledown,

I figured to make it fit I would have to run longer cables to the solenoid box, cut off the mounting brackets on the box, mount that topside and cut an access hole on the top of the bumper to reach the engage switch. Might have some trouble returning it if it blew up. :(
