On the second thougth... I think the Army should use this in their advertising campain and get some volunteers to go there and "burn" some of that pesky mary jane.
They could kill two birds with one stone, so to speak..., or three.
Get rid of the DT east side problem, get rid of the "taliban" pot, get more troops hired...:laugh

Ill effects? Does that mean the stuff wasn't any good and they didn't get high? Funny how some of them were standing downwind ... you'd think they'd know better. :)
