This month's Four Wheel Drive Association of British Columbia trail maintenance run to Sunrise Lake will be held on October 14 (The Second Saturday of the Month!). We meet at the Sasquatch Inn, 30 kms east of Mission on Hwy 7, at 9:30 on Saturday morning and depart from there at 10:00 (SHARP!). Gord Salter will be hosting this month's run, and the destinations for the day will be determined at the pre-run driver's meeting based on the number of participants as well as vehicle and driver capability. As always, EVERYONE is welcome to join us.
On September 23 the Association held our Fall Convention in Prince George. At that meeting the membership and board of directors have elected to proceed with adopting the Hale creek recreation site. Stay tuned for updates as we proceed with an agreement with the Ministry of Tourism, Sports and the Arts.
If you have any questions about this run, either of the two recreation sites, or the 4 Wheel Drive Association in general, please don't hesitate to drop me a note.
Hope to see you on Saturday morning!
