Whadda ya mean???

Whadda ya mean there's been no posts in the last 30 days??? Where are all the mines??

I heard Caroline mine had beed sold any one been up there lately to see if they started working it??

Caroline was sold to century mining. Now Century mining is thinking of selling it again. The mine is to much of a enviroment/reclaim problem. Which is why they are going to sell it to get there bond back and recover some cash. The area looks good on paper but when you take a real good look at it and throw in BC politics it's not worth while unless metal prices went way up and stabilized.

Anytime I have mentioned Caroline mine when I have been in mineral companies, they usually give me a knowing smile or a laugh. I had one man say it was the breex (sp) of the early '80's

Not a lot of people have much faith in that place ever starting up again....
