Someone I know found a older Black Lab male in the area of 135th st and 60th ave in Surrey (Panorama Ridge). He has a greying muzzle. He had a brown leather collar, but no tags. No tattoos that they could find, and no way to tell if he was chipped. He understood the commands to "sit" and "lay down" and was not shy at all. He appeared to have a skin condition, however his ears were clean and smelled like shampoo. This poor old guy was emaciated and very hungry. He had a HUGE supper and lots of water and when he was done he rolled over and fell asleep on someones hand.

This dog is a complete sweetheart.

If this is your dog, or you know whos it is please contact the Surrey SPCA ASAP.

Mods, I appologize if this is in the wrong forum. It seemed like the best place for it.

The SPCA should have a reader that they scan over the gruff of the neck to detect/read a chip...

I can never drive by a stray without at least trying to get it into my truck! I recently picked up a huge mastiff/hound creature that was like "Hooch" off of "Turner and Hooch". Watching the drool strings trail three feet behind him after drinking water was both gross and funny. Sweet thing, outside dog. My dog hates it when I bring strays home.
