Many provinces & states have laws which we are sometimes asked to obey (unless you're a politician or other registered criminal - then you can do whateverthehell you want) and these laws, or 'guidelines' would probably include not frying the vehicle behind you. I'm certain I read somewhere that even tailpipe 'flamethrowers' are not allowed most places. The jet exhaust would be over-kill. Perhaps literally.
